All designs are available instantly after purchase. You should be redirected back to this site so you can download your order. You will  receive an email confirmation after purchase showing you how to access the download links in the event that you are not redirected back to this site.

Many embroidery sites have a cart on site, and it seems none of them work in the same way. I have a FAQ available here at LJI Designs that walks you through the purchase process for this site. Please visit the Shopping @ LJI Designs area if you have any questions about how to place an order. Once you have placed your order you can download it instantly. You will receive an informational email that will tell you how to download your order.

If you have a spam blocker, please disable it or contact me prior to purchase so you can white-list the email addresses used on this site. You won't receive the emails necessary to complete your order if the email is blocked by your spam blocker.

If you find a design you want in a different format please send an email to request the format you need. Formats offered here are ART, DST, JEF, PCS, PES, SEW, and XXX. I will add the required format to the design within 24 hours.
